My name is John Day and I am “The FOAMguy.” It’s very possible that you or friends and family will have already dealt with me over my many years in retail – I’m Nanaimo born and serve all of Vancouver Island from our new Parksville location. I’ve been in the specialty sleep industry since 1981 (remember waterbeds?!) and in the foam business since 1989.
I’ve moved slightly north from my Metral Drive homestead and lived in the Nanoose Bay area from 2002-current. Now we’re excited to be serving Vancouver Island from our new Parksville location – perfectly positioned to serve from Campbell River to Victoria! We do regular and custom work for residential, hospitality, recreational, medical, and commercial uses throughout Vancouver Island.
Of course, with the foam and fabric industry, there are so many products and uses that if you don’t see it on this website, please ask! We’ll do our best to accommodate you. I enjoy hearing “I have an odd request”. That’s just how we roll here on the island.
